Raised in Northern California
playing guitar in bands, surfing, waiting tables and going to school.
-Attended high school in Santa Cruz and played in first
band: A ska/reggae group known as Square Roots. SQRTS was
an eight-piece horn-fueled musical act, offering up a crazy live show and packing the clubs.
The band toured California and released two CDs.
-Moved to San Francisco and formed The Magic of
Television, a four piece rock band with two guitars, bass and drums. TMOT liked to play country rock. The band released two
albums, toured the Western U.S., and performed at SXSW in Austin,
TX.
-Produced demos in SF that morphed into the NYC band Lonehawk.
Moved to New York and performed in Lonehawk, releasing
an EP and a full length album. The 70's rock influenced band toured major cities from Vermont to South Carolina.
-Also enjoy recording music: Produced/co-produced 7 albums. Solo compositions have been featured
in films (MGM), television (MTV, VH1, A&E, ABC) &
commercials (Honda).
-Current resident of Brooklyn, New York.
